LA MAURICIE
If its people are warm, its climate is temperate and opens the door to four distinct and colorful seasons. Winter, pure and white, deal for dog sledding or snowmobiling. Spring, green with the awakening of nature, gives rise to gourmet discoveries sweetened with maple syrup. The sunny yellow summer, the popular festivals and the sunny terraces invite us to enjoy life to its fullest. And autumn, in orange, red and gold, lets itself be carried away by the fiery colors. La Mauricie is a four-season destination, gentle and accessible, where comfort and hospitality are the priority.
La Mauricie is also Forrest resorts and the art of getting away from it all. Whether in its large luxurious inns nestled in the heart of the forest or in its small, rustic lodges, the tables are filled with local flavors and the multitude of activities are focused on the discovery of nature. From the observation of bears at the fall of a warm night to the miraculous fishing trips on the frozen lake, the Mauricie, it is the promise of beautiful and great moments to share and tell.
